The 93% Club UWL

The 93% Club UWL is part of a national social mobility initiative based at the University of West London which is dedicated to improving the university experience of students from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds. Students from state schools, or who are otherwise socio-economically disadvantaged, often do not have the same access to strong alumni networks that are available to their privately educated peers, which can be a huge disadvantage when it comes to getting their foot in the door of large companies. The 93% Club was founded to provide opportunities to disadvantaged students at UWL - these opportunities include interview training workshops to grow confidence, building professional networks with top graduate employers and hosting social events.
